Although it was a cloudy, raining afternoon, there were large crowds gathered in front of the memorials as well as the museum. The artifacts and information videos brought chills down my spine. People were emotional and had tears that brought the experience to another level. This is definitely a must see if you go to NY. Remembering that day and the world's reaction only enhanced how tragic this event was in 2001! A definite must see!

My recent trip to the Statue of Liberty was a wonderful experience. The ferry ride offered beautiful views of the New York skyline, and seeing the Statue up close was truly breathtaking. The museum provided interesting historical facts, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone visiting New York and book the tickets through head out.

We came from mid Missouri to see the 911 site and museum. Absolutely heart breaking!! You feel the emotions of all the of those innocent people & their families. It was super crowded that day so some exhibits were impossible to get to. The Remembrance room was incredible. Seeing that steel beam , bent back onto itself.
