I purchased a timed ticket from my concierge at the hotel Unfortunately the QR code did not work The manager was called over and led me back to the box office . He had to verify my purchase Eventually I was issued a paper ticket which I wanted in the first place as I am a senior and not used to codes computers iPhones etc. I then paid an additional fee for the 3:00 pm tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable but hard to hear as he was soft spoken and the earphones etc not a good quality. The museum was set up n a excellent manner and everything was well displayed an honor to those that loss their lives. Having lived in Far Rockaway knew families of police and firemen who lost their lives. Also knew one young man working in the corporate field and his wife and 3 beautiful children . The dad lost his life that day and this was a very excellent memorial to his him.

Super fast service, and the staff was totally friendly and helpful. We were lost and asked someone on the street for directions; to our surprise, she was an employee there! She took her time and led us straight to the doors, and she wasn't even working—she did it in her free time. Even though it was cloudy, the view was a very lovely experience, and the interactive light section before reaching the platform is incredibly beautiful and fun. I recommend it 100 out of 100.

9/11 is such a special sacred place! For such a tragic heartbreaking tradegy the grounds are kept exceptionally beautiful and pristine! The museum let's you connect with loved ones lost that day and a little insight of their lives, just be mindful and respectful and follow the rules in there as family members visit and it's very tragic for them

An excellent memorial to a terrible day in history A must see , cannot rate the museum more highly, as a former police officer of 28 years in Australia I was very impressed with the display and fitting tributes to those that lost their lives. Easy to book tickets , easy to access and great security

This was my favorite experience in New York. It's so fun to go through the different experiences and take pictures and the view is incredible. It was easy. They had good snacks. Highly recommend.

Both attractions are just 4 miles apart, making it easy to explore them in one day with a quick subway or taxi ride.
