The bus was an hour late. We had to wait an hour standing out in the cold and wind, and they didn't offer any solution. I spoke to customer service, and they told me they'd get back to me right away, but I never heard anything. Plus, when we got there, it was absolutely packed with people, so you can't really enjoy the place. I think they should limit the number of visitors.
