Excellent tour. Instructions given was precise Got the train on time Entrance to the castle was smooth and uncomplicated The castle itself was awesome, breathtaking and astounding. The staff were very helpful. The grounds were clean and very organized. I had a great day out. Thank you.

The castle was a lot of fun with beautiful views. The que at the North Terrace was very long. It was too cold and windy to leave visitors standing outside for more than an hour, but we stood there anyway. Photography was forbidden in the castle. That was a big disappointment. We would have appreciated more information from Headout as we have never traveled by rail.

We chose the option with the train transfer tickets for more flexibility. The information on the tickets wasn't clear enough, and we wasted a lot of time trying to figure out where to catch our train. The staff at Paddington Station weren’t quite sure where to direct us with these tickets. In short, if there had been more details about the transportation, it would have been a better experience. But once we managed to get there, the tour went smoothly.
