• The Semi-State Rooms usually open from autumn to spring each year. They are currently closed until autumn 2026.

• Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. St. George’s Chapel at Windsor is closed to visitors on Sundays and on June 12, 2026. On some days, the State Apartments may also be closed.

• Windsor Castle will be completely closed from June 14-June 15, 2026.

• The Semi-State Rooms are not open on days when the State Apartments are closed.

• Children aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

• As a functioning royal palace, Windsor Castle is subject to closures that could impact your itinerary.
