Equal to the spellbinding visual experience of viewing 30 rooms plus the unforgettable Royal Chapel at Windsor castle was the unanimously curtious, proactive, and sensitive assistance I received from the well informed staff throughout my visit. I can only walk with a rollator abdvwasvexpecting holdups on account of this. Instead my visit felt smoothly glorious as if I had no mobility problem. I was amazed how effectively the castle guides communicated with me and one another to maximise the quality of my visit by minimising all possible inconveniences a visitor totally relying on a rollator might have expected. The high quality in staff training was as appreciated as that of the accompanying commentaries coming through my headphones. In all, an unforgettable experience. Many thanks.

We had a wonderful visit to Windsor Castle! Booking through Headout was very smooth and convenient. The castle grounds are absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed exploring the stunning State Apartments and the famous dollhouse. Everything was well-organised and the staff were very friendly. A truly memorable day trip — highly recommend to anyone visiting London!

We really enjoyed our trip to beautiful Windsor castle. The 1000 years of history which made this country what it is, takes your breath away, and actually puts life into perspective! The beauty and work involved in rebuilding the hall after the fire in 1992 is something to see. I would recommend everyone should visit, it really is the best of Britain.

Great experience. Windsor Castle is beautiful and interesting, lovely cafe and places to eat. Would Be 5* but we paid full price on a Sunday but couldn't see the chapel so should really have been cheaper.
