The buying process worked well but you didn't initially explain that what you sent me was a voucher which they would exchange for the 4 tickets I had bought. You had eventually explained this to me but only after I had asked many times where are my tickets? The exchange was simple and straightforward but you could easily have explained this at the outset and saved me a lot of initial worry! We had a great day and Windsor Castle is well worth the visit, even though our visit was interrupted by a fire alarm going off which meant they had to empty the Castle of visitors while they investigated !

Not to be missed. Windsor Castle is a must for anyone visiting London for the first time. Although it is just outside of London it is worth making the extra effort to get there. Just a tour around the apartments and a look around st George's chapel, you can see why many monarchs have found this to be their favourite home. If History and art are your thing, make sure you give yourself 3 to 4 hours to have a good look around.I met one family who had been there nearly 6 hours. A great day out.

The magnificent history of the castle and area and the audio guide of the state rooms. And fewer crowds. London tourism is soul-crushing. Here is a photo of the Chapel of St. George, where a who's who of British Royalty rests. Thank you for making it available to us tourists. Very meaningful visit.

We loved the state apartments, and we're lucky to be able to see the changing of the guard on Thursday morning. Also the neighbouring Windsor Yards was a nice surprise to eat and shop. The audio guide was very informative and the 'human' guides were very helpful and pleasant.

I was hugely impressed by the charming staff. I asked a lot of questions in the various rooms and they were so informative, knowledgable, enthusiastic and helpful. They appeared genuinely pleased to be asked. There was no pressure to 'hurry up' and there was just SO much to admire and appreciate.
