Important Information

• The QR code must be scanned and installed within the validity, otherwise, the eSIM QR code will be invalid and cannot be used.

• After the eSIM is successfully added, you must activate it in the destination within the validity, otherwise, the eSIM won't work.

• You must ensure that the mobile phone/device has a stable network while installing the eSIM.

• The total days of plan validity are calculated to post the date of activation.

• You can only install the eSim once per device to be used by one person.

• If you uninstall the eSim you won't be able to reinstall it.

• You can enable only one eSIM plan (cellular plan) at a time.

• Please check whether your device supports the eSIM function. You can find the list of supported devices here.

• Your eSIM information with a QR code will be emailed to you shortly.
