A positive experience. All that remains of the factory is an office; the rest offers a glimpse into how the Jewish community lived before and during the war and the Nazi and Soviet occupations. Barbara, our guide, did a wonderful job of bringing this part of history to life. I highly recommend taking a guided tour—otherwise, you won’t understand a thing!

Since there were no guided tours in Spanish left, we joined a group with an English-speaking guide, and it turned out to be a great decision—the guide was fantastic. I don't remember her name, but she was truly exceptional. And the tour of the factory museum was well worth it.

Wonderful tour, the guide was fantastic, very insightful, interesting and willing to answer any questions. Slightly chaotic at the start of the tour knowing where to wait etc but sorted in the end.

An excellent guided tour of the museum. It’s actually a tour through the history of Kraków during World War II. The Spanish-speaking guide was exceptional. A highly recommended tour.

Nice not to wait in line and headsets worked well I am a history teacher and was discipointed that it was more about WW2 and the occupation rather than Schindlers story and the factory aspect. Also the group was too big to see what she was talking about at the time so harder to follow.
