Very interesting tour. Our tour guide was excellent (I forget his name but he had a beard) with very good English. The tour was just the right length and full of interesting content. I imagine it must be hard talking about such depressing times on a daily basis so I appreciate the guides for the work they do. One thing though would be to have a sign outside saying Tour Meeting Point, as its very confusing at the entrance as there are so many people, and the photo sent prior is different. We went in 15 mins before and we told twice to keep waiting outside when our group had already gone in and we unfortunately missed the start of the tour. Went to the Salt Mines the next day and the signage and queuing process was seamless. Its not difficult.

The guided tour of Oskar Schindler's factory was very good. The presentation of Jewish history in Krakow was very well done by the exhibition guide. It was all very informative, but the subject matter was also depressing at times. The exhibition is very well designed, so that you feel as if you have been transported back to those terrible times. The exhibition guide also made a very good reference to the movie "Schindler's List". We visited the exhibition with our grandson (14) and can recommend it to others. We didn't like the size of the group, as we were sometimes 1-2 rooms behind the room currently explaining the exhibition. The group size should be reduced a little.

I really enjoyed the factory tour however there were so many things that she could've pointed out outside of everything on the walls. Basically we got a tour of this place with discussions of all the pictures and comments about the pictures on the walls. There was so much more in this museum that we missed because we didn't realize that we were only gonna be talking About the walls and pictures. The Guide, however, was very knowledgeable and she was very kind however, I probably would not recommend this Tour if you're on time constraints because you miss a lot of the artifacts and things in the museum that I'm sure are very interesting. However, she did not discuss any of that

The tour was on time and we were met in the meeting place and escorted in to the museum. The tour is 90 minutes and at times you could see that the guide was rushing through and with a few checks of his phone to see the time he was definitely keeping pace. Yes I would have loved to have more time reading each display but I wouldn't have learnt as much as I did if I visited independently. The guide was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Overall I enjoyed this experience and would book it again.

I booked a guided tour around the Oskar Schindler factory 2 days beforehand. This did allow for flexibility in planning our time in Krakow. Our guide had excellent knowledge & spoke with passion including experiences of his own family. My score of 3/5 reflects the fact that my friend & I would both have liked to spend more time in the museum reading the information boards associated with the exhibits in addition to hearing the descriptions provided by the guide.

We learned lots of facts we didn't know about Krakow, the ghetto and the context during the war. However our guide was extremely difficult to understand due to relatively poor English and a very strong accent , the tour was very rushed, and it was really very little about Schindler, despite being billed as the Schindler factory tour. So all in all, not we expected and could have been much better.

Amazing experience, easy 15 minute train ride from Krakow main station and a 2 minute walk to the mine. LOTS (800 in total) of stairs/steps down so definitely not for the mobility impaired but there is a lift if you're feeling brave! The tour itself was very informative, headsets mean you can hear even if you're at the back of the group, and the sculptures are spectacular! Definitely worth a visit!

She spoke in depth and had myself and my husband captivated. Please do this tour has it really is so educational.
