Your Experience

Begin at the foothills of Mount Agnu (the tallest active volcano on the island) and follow the raging trail of Talaga Waja River on this adventurous white water rafting experience. The river is characterized by crystal clear and gushing waters thriving with life and surrounded by verdant plantations and undulating rice terraces. It is also one of the longest rafting treks, stretching a good 12 km with level 3-4 class for a 2-2.5 hour journey. Besides the thrill, you also get to admire the fleeting picturesque panorama, listen to the birds chirping and get splashed as you pass a natural waterfall.

Get greeted with a welcome drink before you are briefed and prepared for the adventure that lies ahead. Equipped with all the essentials for a rafting trip, and under the guidance of a professional rafter, you can be sure to have a smooth experience. A raft can occupy 4 people with 1 guide. Through the journey, you’ll pass bamboo bridges and waterfalls before finally arriving at Bajing dam which stands at a good 4-meter height. Make sure to follow the guidelines and disciplines as instructed by the guide to ensure a safe dip. After an exhilarating finish, dry yourself up before stopping by the Riverside Restaurant for a hearty Indonesian buffet lunch.

What to Bring

Short pants or a swimsuit, a change of dry clothes, sunscreen, hat, sports shoes or strapped sandals, and extra money for drinks and souvenirs
A water-resistant bag will be provided to keep things dry on the boat (such as a camera), but to be on the safe side, leave your valuables at home
The tour requires walking up and down steep steps – come prepared with sturdy shoes
