• The tour is dependent on weather and sightings cannot be guaranteed.

• Weather and sea conditions can be unpredictable during the winter months. The captains will make their decision to sail based on many years of experience, always keeping in mind passenger safety and comfort.

• Sometimes in the winter, you might sail from other harbors south of Reykjavik for better sea conditions, in which case transport will be provided for all passengers to and from Reykjavik. In this case, the tour might be slightly longer due to the extra drive.

• Before entering the Whales of Iceland exhibition you will receive an audio guide that will take you through each whale species, available in 12+ languages.

• Please note: You only need to select a departure time for the whale-watching tour, and not for the museum. The ticket for the museum is an open ticket, meaning you can simply choose when you want to go. This does not have to be the same day as your whale-watching tour.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
