Great day out! The staff were super friendly. The park and surrounding areas is clean and the waterslides are so enjoyable. Some of the slides finish into the lazy river so while it could get a bit congested in there, it was fun for everybody as you could lay around the river waiting for family members. Everything is catered for including lockers, towels, cabanas, lots of lounges, bar restaurants, ice cream, coconut water, fresh lemonade stands, you name it! One great thing is you load up a wristband with money which means you don't need to walk around with cash and any unused amount is refunded at the end of your day. My family had a great day out from start to finish, thank you.

I loved how easy it was to purchase the tickets and received them quickly. I was too late to get tickets directly from the water park and was worried we had missed out but Headout saved the day. We had a fun day with our teenage kids, who went on every slide (except the kids slides). The kids area looked fun too. All the facilities were well set out and accessible.

It was a great day. However last time I was there I do not recall weight restrictions on rides. This time I was restricted to the Python, being 142kg. I am just really tall, slightly overweight and I found that to be extremely frustrating considering I wanted to enjoy the experiences with my children. Besides this Waterbom is a fanstastic setup.

    • Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

    • Strict dress code: swimsuits or shorts with metal decorations including metal zips or drain holes on board shorts, loose clothing, jewelry of any kind, cut-off jeans, and glasses are not allowed on the water slides.

    • Shutterbugs, take note: Production cameras and drones are a no-go inside the venue.

    • This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

    • The slide towers are not accessible by wheelchairs.

    • Choose safety and comfort: This experience is not the best fit for pregnant women and guests with cardiac issues, back issues, chronic health conditions, and those who have undergone recent surgery.
