We arrived quite early and before the groups, so our visit went well. The sheer quantity of religious objects is not easy to grasp.

This is a fascinating exhibit. I went about 25 years ago- in college - and thought it was fascinating but I was a history nerd. Took my husband and teenage kids yesterday and they were just as interested!

The setting is splendid. We witness a daily work session with horses of varying ages, whose dressage is more or less advanced. The riders are dressed in costume. It's not a "big show". Rather, it's aimed at riders interested in classical riding or visitors interested in Viennese classical culture.

The experience was great. The guide was very attentive and told us a lot of interesting facts about Vienna, the palaces and the life of Sisi. She stayed a while longer with us despite the cold temperatures. Highly recommended.
