Our guide was excellent! She had a great command of the history of this family and the museum, and she really knew how to keep us hooked on every word, frequently checking to make sure we were following along with what she was saying. She shared plenty of anecdotes that charmed us, made us laugh, taught us something, and more. Her recommendations for various museums, churches, crypts, restaurants, and other spots were also spot-on. We highly recommend her as a guide!

This UNESCO World Heritage Site was the seat of the Habsburg dynasty for over 600 years and remains a symbol of Austria’s imperial legacy. The palace complex houses the Sisi Museum, Imperial Apartments, and historic courtyards, offering a deep dive into Vienna’s royal past.

Headsets are provided for clear listening when the group size reaches 18 or more participants (maximum group size: 25).

The Sisi Museum will undergo renovations in 2025, and access to certain rooms and exhibitions may be restricted.

Free entry to the Hofburg courtyards, Heldenplatz, and Burggarten is included.

The gardens are not green or lit in winter; for the best experience, book a morning tour or visit in spring, summer, or autumn.

In case of bad weather (e.g., snow), an alternative route will be offered for guest safety.

From November 8 to December 31, the tour may include a visit to a local Christmas Market instead of the gardens.

Children aged 0–6 join for free; children aged 6–18 receive a reduced price (where applicable).

No hotel pickup or drop-off is included.
