We were with our German visitors (nephew with children) in the Prater and later in the technical museum, as the 10-year-old boy in particular is a technology freak and railroad fan. The option of using only public transportation was used 100 percent and to everyone's satisfaction. A great service!

It is very convenient, as you can use all means of transportation whitout worrying for the tickets. For instance, I saw someone in the tramcar trying for 10 minutes to pay for a ticket by card, but the machine didn't work. Moreover, the tickets were controlled at that specific time, and it was a very awkward situation. Also, I got some little discount at all the museums ee bave visited, about 6-7 euro. I wish I knew how to spot the restaurants with discount as well. So, all in all, it was worth it. The only uncomfortable aspect is that not all metro station have it. I bought it online, but then you need to have a charged phone at any time. Tip: it is very useful to take a picture of your phone screen with the card's details, as most of the time the internet is quite slow and you have to wait to load it for showing it to museums entrance. It would be great if you could choose the no. of days, not only having to choose: 1, 2, 3 or 7. Why not 4 or 5? All in all, it was a very practical and convenient solution. I, for sure, would do it again.

Access to transport was critical for us but needed to have a local friend explain and still not sure how the scan code works. Have yet to encounter any issues. Also having a hard time seeing what is linked to the card as it is mostly promotion that shows up.

Really useful having it. I could take as much public transport as I needed without buying tickets and remembering to validate them. Though it was never checked, I could relax knowing I had it and I'm sure the 7 day pass is good value for money.
