The Vienna subway is really well connected, with stops at every point of interest, allowing you to get around the city comfortably. The wait time between trains is about 7 minutes. The carriages and stations are all very clean, and there are no places where you feel unsafe. There is no graffiti or vandalism, which really impressed me. The service allowed me to fully enjoy my stay 😊

We had in mind a 3-day card only, then, given the cost difference, we opted for 7 days. I found it very convenient not only for transportation but also to skip the line at the various attractions. We happened to be at the Wiener Riesenrad, for example, and instead of standing in line for half an hour, thanks to the Vienna City Card we got in right away, saving time. On the other hand, I did not like that for some attractions, you cannot book on the day.
