You can buy a Viennacard and get everything in one package. Even the Hop-On Hop-Off bus is included. The whole process at the tourist information office went smoothly. A very friendly and knowledgeable staff member provided us with all the necessary information and advice. Unfortunately, the device at the exit for rating the service wasn’t working, so we weren’t able to leave a review there.

A tour of Schönbrunn Palace and Gardens with our guide Biljana. Biljana made our tour lively, interesting, and unconventional. It was a real treat and anything but boring. I highly recommend her for her spontaneity and her warm rapport with visitors. It felt like we were touring with a friend.

De vraag was hoe t openbaar vervoer gaat met deze kaart daarom 5 sterren. De kortingen regelen is nog niet gelukt maar gaat in mijn beleving moeizaam. Ik doe vandaag een nieuwe poging. De sterren kon ik niet meer aanpassen dus jullie moeten de initiële vraag aanpassen voor meer accurate en eerlijke beoordelingen!

Using Headout was super easy because you could just switch between the subway, tram, and bus without having to validate your ticket every time, which was confusing at first when we were still buying single-ride tickets. After that, everything was easier.

The part of free travel worked fantastically, however the discount part was not really straight-forward. On one hand we forgot to mention it, on the other hand the museums didn't really advertised that they accept it.

Validity:

The 24/48/72-hour tickets are valid for the specific duration you chose during booking.

The 7-day ticket is valid for the calendar days you selected while booking.

The Discounts Only card is valid for 7 calendar days from the date selected during purchase.

Additional Information

One child up to the age of 15 or one dog can travel for free with one adult Vienna City Card.
