how to use the pass

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with the ACTV Public Transport Services voucher. As and when you intend to use the voucher in Venice, head to the Venezia Unica ticket office at Piazzale Roma and redeem the paper ticket with your voucher. You can also use the Venezia Unica self-service ticket machine present at the ticket office.

With the paper ticket in hand, you are free to board any vaporetto in Venice multiple times.

Tickets must be validated before boarding ACTV public transport.
The validity of ACTV Tickets and Travelcards starts from the exact moment they are first validated.
Included in the price of ticket is the transport of 1 luggage piece, the three dimensions of which must not exceed the sum of 150cm.
