I premise that this is not the first time I come as a traveler to the wonderful Venice, in the last two I used with my family tickets that gave me the opportunity to use the public service for several days and in a completely satisfactory way both in venice (city) and to reach the other islands, saving money and without having the hassle of having to buy individual tickets. in addition, this time, the first..... I was checked on board by the staff in charge (very good), in order to see if I was in order with the posesso of the ticket, all ok !!!!

We purchased the 48 hour pass and it was the best purchase we made in Venice! We used it from the train station to a stop close to our hotel so we didn't have to drag our luggage, even though we packed light, half way across Venice. We also used the pass, after spending hours in the Basilica & Doge's Palace, for relaxing tour...I mean ride to Murano...it was a great day but it wasn't over...then we used the pass for a ride to the Rialto Bridge. I don't know if you are counting, but we got our $$ worth in the first 24 hours!

I purchased a bus pass from the airport to Venice and back, and a 3-day vaporetto pass on the website. It was very easy to convert them into tickets at the automatic machines by entering the booking code. I recommend purchasing the long vaporetto pass if you are staying for several days, as you may need to get on and off several times in a short period of time. Even just to cross the Grand Canal at points far from the bridges. In addition, the pass covers the entire lagoon, so you can use it to visit the nearby islands.

All I can say is: GOOD AND AFFORDABLE. Everything went smoothly, from buying the ticket online to traveling by bus and vaporetto. The service is excellent. The vaporettos and buses run on time. We really enjoyed the vaporetto trips... you can hop on and off wherever you want. The stations are well marked, so you can't get lost. We'll be back. Thank you very much.

The purchase was easy, but there were some difficulties with the ticket dispenser. These were resolved via the hotline and then with the help of a friendly employee at the counter. After that, everything went smoothly and we were able to make full use of our 72-hour tickets.

I bought the ACTV vaporetto pass for two days. Redeeming the tickets at the machine at the stop was very easy. And the first trip alone made it worth the purchase: we took a tour of the Grand Canal, enjoying the views, which were wonderful.

The ideal pass for getting around Venice. After placing my order online, it couldn't have been easier to pick up the pass at a terminal near the vaporetto. I highly recommend it.
