This excursion to the islands of Murano, Burano, and Torcello was simply wonderful. The entire boat crew was very friendly and attentive, and our tour guide in particular made the trip something special—warm, helpful, and very knowledgeable. One incident demonstrated just how reliable the team is: We accidentally left our cell phone on the boat. After a quick conversation with the staff in charge, we were able to get it back the very next day—handed to us by the same employee who had accompanied us as our tour guide. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for this great service!

Good tour with punctual schedule and kind staff helping out at each station. Highly recommended to arrive at least 20-30 minutes early if you're not familiar with Venice grand canal area but they were kind to us to re-book us in the next tour
