This tour was a great way to see the highlights of the islands in the Lagoon, all in just half a day. The boat transport between each island have great views, all while receiving interesting tidbits from the staff about the history of the lagoon. You are given plenty of time to explore each island, and the glass blowing tour is fascinating.

I enjoyed what the guide told us about Venice, and I appreciated visiting islands where you could sense their history. Even though they were all different in their own way, they seemed to be lovingly cared for by the locals. Each island had a distinct character that set it apart from the others, and that’s what makes Venice such a unique place.

It was well organized; I liked being able to explore the islands on my own. The onboard assistance, with bilingual explanations along the route, was very helpful. The boarding point at Santa Lucia Station was hard to find.

The tour itself is nice... but there’s not enough time at each stop... 45–50 minutes per stop doesn’t even give you time to stop for a second if you want to see anything. The guide’s explanation is great, but unfortunately people are chatting and shouting, and it’s almost impossible to hear anything... The boat was full of Spaniards and South Americans who, obviously not understanding any of the three languages, had decided not to let anyone else understand a thing either 🤣🤣

This excursion to the islands of Murano, Burano, and Torcello was simply wonderful. The entire boat crew was very friendly and attentive, and our tour guide in particular made the trip something special—warm, helpful, and very knowledgeable. One incident demonstrated just how reliable the team is: We accidentally left our cell phone on the boat. After a quick conversation with the staff in charge, we were able to get it back the very next day—handed to us by the same employee who had accompanied us as our tour guide. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for this great service!

It was a very well-balanced tour that allowed me to admire both the architectural and naval wonders and to immerse myself in the beating heart of Venetian glass art. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to see the authentic and creative side of Venice.

The glass show was great, and the places were beautiful! Unfortunately, the people working on the boats, at the tours, and in the shops were not friendly or welcoming. The lady who was supposed to be our audio guide on the boat was almost impossible to hear. It might have been the microphone, the sound system, or simply her voice. All the tourists on the boat were disappointed because they couldn’t hear anything.
