I paid less than if I'd booked at the ticket office! The departure ar St Marks was easy to find. The trip was well organised, informative, with enough time to enjoy the 3 islands. A real highlight was seeing the glass demonstration in Murano. We went on the 12:30 trip and were back at the starting point around 5:10pm.

The best part of the tour was Burano; the kids especially loved it. It was just a shame we didn't have much time to explore it because of the boat's departure time. Murano was also very interesting, with the glassblowing demonstration.

Overall, a positive and well-organized experience. The tour is interesting, the islands are beautiful, and the glassblowing demonstration is truly fascinating and engaging. The only area for improvement: the schedule wasn’t followed as indicated in the description. The boat trips took longer than expected, and as a result, the time available on each island was reduced to about 50 minutes, instead of the 75 minutes stated. Overall, I still recommend the experience, but it would be better if the timing were communicated more accurately.

The tour was wonderful, thanks in part to the sunny day. The amount of time spent on each island was just right. The only downside was that we had booked the 11:30 a.m. tour, but we were told that it didn’t exist and were signed up for the 12:00 p.m. one instead. We’ll definitely do it again—Burano with its colors, Murano for its beautiful glass creations, and Torcello, a wonderful surprise I never would have expected.

The tour is interesting and well-organized: the visit to the glassworks in Murano is very interesting, as are the stops in Torcello and the final one in Burano—undoubtedly the island with the most to see, and therefore one that deserves more time to be explored properly. My criticism is specifically regarding the time allotted for each stop: an hour at each place is simply not enough; you have to rush through and end up enjoying little of the scenery and nature (or even the shopping, if that’s what you’re interested in).
