The service was exceptional. We arrived late, quite upset as our plans had not worked out as we hoped, expecting to be told that we'd missed our tour. Alex (or Alec?) quickly took us to the Vatican entrance where he was able to locate our guide and your group. We couldn't be more thankful for him for that. Lucia, our guide, was informative and helpful, offering to take photos of group members at different points on the tour.
