No point pretending otherwise - the crowds were horrendous. Luckily, of course, we didn't have to join those huge queues for tickets ( in the.blistering sun) - that made an enormous difference to the day. Everything was still very crowded but you could weave your way through the groups with guides. I much prefer.making my own way and I'd been before which helps. It is tbe sheer volume and area of artistic historical exhibits that is so breathtaking for me. And you can never relax. Every corridor, every wall , every ceiling is full of artistic treasure. And, of course you reach The Sistine Chapel ( look out for the sneaky back staircase!)... Hundreds of people still, of course, but I was lucky enough to get a bench near the back so I could relax and take in the marvellous sight. Everybody will have their favourite (apart from the miraculous work in general of Michelangelo on the ceiling and the Last Judgement ). I always look at the Sibyls and the Prophets. The Delphic Sibyl is my favourite I think - I don't know why...Despite the heat and the crowds it is an experience I will never forget. Everybody should go at least once

Absolutely fantastic experience visiting the Colosseum, Pantheon, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill! The views were breathtaking, and walking through these incredible historical sites made the trip to Rome truly unforgettable. Ya, it worked out well. We just had to meet the person that had the tickets and he explained things to us and showed us how to use the guided tour. Then we were able to skip the line and go right into the Pantheon which is amazing. Just be aware of the exact location to meet the person that has the tickets. Initially, we just went to the staff at the Pantheon entrance and showed our tickets and he was kind enough to point out where to go to meet the person that had our tickets. So it was straight-forward for us. Thanks

I would recommend this this combo package as it covers the most known historical sights in Rome. Trust me you will be so grateful that you purchased a fast track ticket when you see the queues lined up on a scorching hot day. Everything was a highlight.... but the Colosseum and Vatican museums were insane. I would definitely recommend all sights in this package and would recommend to do them on different days so that you're not to tired from all the walking.

The Vatican Museums are absolutely beautiful and definitely worth seeing at least once. The artwork, architecture, and history are incredible, and the Sistine Chapel is especially impressive in person. That said, it was extremely crowded, which made it difficult to really stop and appreciate everything. I’d definitely recommend going as early as possible and booking tickets ahead of time. An amazing experience overall, but be prepared for a lot of people!

The agreed-upon meeting spot was easy to find. Here, too, you should arrive early enough. Women must have their shoulders and knees covered (you can also buy scarves on site for €10); other than that, everything went smoothly. We didn’t have to wait in line for long, but there were still a lot of people at the Vatican. It was very hot, and unfortunately, there wasn’t really any air conditioning. But it’s definitely worth seeing and truly impressive!

The service from the staff who helped me at the office was excellent—they were super friendly and attentive—and the tour was great, but I do want to emphasize that if you want to enjoy a more peaceful experience at the Vatican, I highly recommend booking well in advance because it gets very crowded by midday. Confirmation email with all the necessary information for picking up the voucher, which is available at a location right in front of the Vatican Museum entrance. Upon arrival, I immediately received my printed ticket—without having to wait in line—and was escorted by a staff member to the security checkpoint inside the museum! It was really worth it to purchase the ticket in advance through Headout!

The employee were so nice and we got all the needed information. Even when came late to the Panteon which the tickets were included in the Vatican's combo, they gave us the entrance tickets and we were able to get in the Panteon 3 hours later

Sleeveless tops, miniskirts, shorts, and hats are prohibited. Head, knees, and shoulders must be covered for all visitors. Comfortable shoes are recommended. Carrying a shawl or scarf for head covering is advised.

External guides are not allowed.

Entry must be at the scheduled time; latecomers will not be admitted.

Security checks are conducted at the entrance.

Audio guides are available for rent inside the Museums.

Tour assistants provide access until ticket delivery at the entrance; the guided service ends there.

Visitors must follow hosting instructions inside the Museums; failure to comply may result in ticket cancellation.

During religious events or Jubilee Year, some areas, including St. Peter’s Basilica, may be closed without prior notice.
