Had a great time at Universal with the family. The entire experience from beginning to the end was smooth. We got the standard tickets and then decided to get the express passes just in case the lines where long. We where able to get in the park early with it but we only used it in two rides which was Mummy Returns (highly recommend) and on Transformers which is also a great ride. Most of the rides only had a 10 minute wait time. They got lock boxes near most of the rides and a rain coat vending machine in the line for Jurassic Park. You'll get drenched depending on where you are sitting. I got drenched and the couple in front of me didn't get any water on them. The food and drinks are really expensive but that was already expected. Overall a great experience and highly recommend.

The marina sands observatory was amazing with fabulous views and lots of interesting data about the development of Singapore. Gardens by the Bay are Also lovely - amazing vegetation and vistas but very busy and the main attractions like cloud forest quite child orientated with the Jurassic Park theme. We also had a problem accessing the Supertree Grove observatory as we had not realised that we had to use the ticket before 4pm. This was not clear on the headline booking and ticket, only by reading the small print terms and conditions on the full digital Ticket. We arrived just after 4pm and were refused entry even though the attraction was still open which was very infuriating. Overall good but not excellent.

My girlfriend and I finally went to Universal Studios Singapore, something we had been looking forward to since planning our trip to Singapore in 2024. From the very first ride until the last one, which was the Red Roller Coaster in the Sci-Fi area, it was nonstop thrill, excitement, and unforgettable moments. Every ride was an amazing experience that we will always cherish. While the food was just as impressive. Everything we tried was excellent, from the Minions-shaped chili crab mantou to the Shrek waffle pancake, each one was tip-top and something we would definitely order again if we return in the future. Overall, we absolutely loved the experience and made memories that will never be forgotten.

The maturity, problem handling, empathy and courtesy of the ground ticketing team was just not like other family friendly theme parks. For example, they kept insisting upon hearing problems that Sentosa is the ticketing agent not them and they can't beheld liable. Also, I pleaded that I would take care of the issues with the ticket and buy a new one if needed but please let my son and wife in first but they kept insisting no ticket no entry. Really? This is how a family friendly venue behaves?

We were there right at the opening. There were huge queues because everyone had the same idea – to come to the opening and not wait, which is a mistake. I think you can easily spread out your time. The park itself is small but very atmospheric. We went on five attractions with the shortest queues, and they were all great. For those who value their time or have children, consider getting an express pass or don't come here at all, because the children will wear you out;)

Luckily had a pleasant weather condition so we enjoyed 2-3 rides, most of the rides were very crowded and waiting time was 30-46 minutes.. we did not take express ticket as we were not sure of playing all the rides.. 3D show as always enjoyed being fan of Shrek . One water games whidh we wanted to play was closed .. other than that all seems to be cool.

Buying tickets in advance was the best decision we could have made. It saved us from long lines and we took advantage of a very attractive discount. We bought tickets for Universal Studios and the Symphony of Fire. Both in Singapore. We also bought tickets for a park in Dubai, with a big discount (50%!). It's really worth it.

Headout, in the process to order tickets, was seamless and smooth. Unfortunately, when we got to Universal, many of the rides we wanted to write were closed for maintenance. Which was not well advertised on their website or anywhere. It was disappointing, but a great park, and a great day, nevertheless.
