Last week

The booking of the tickets was straight forward. Tickets arrived immediately in an email. Would have been good if they had linked to the Apple wallet but they scanned no problem from the email received. Unfortunately our experience in epic universe itself was nothing like what we planned or expected with extremely long wait times in the queue for the attractions, frequent ride breakdowns on multiple attractions, lightning in the area meant the rides stopped at 17:00 and then heavy rain followed and the rides never came back on again. Despite the park being open till 20:00.

When it started raining there where fixed umbrellas on the park that the employees didn't want to open for the people to wait until it stopped raining. Not very friendly people around

From the moment I walked in, it was a magical and incredible world. Mario's restaurant served excellent Italian food—some of the best I've ever had—and great service. Best of all, there were staff members throughout the park who spoke both Spanish and English, so we were able to get around easily and ask questions that were answered clearly. I loved it ♥️

Well it starts with the typical Florida heat and humidity. What a stinker of a day. Then there was very little shade within the Theme Park to shelter from the heat. However my girls loved the rides and attractions. Some rides had a 60 minute wait and 1 in Mario land the time was seen at 240 minute wait . Lots of food and beverage places whi h is good in high temperatures/ humidity regions.

Arrive at the main entrance of Epic Universe and present your dated ticket for a biometric scan and entry. After a quick security check, you’re free to explore the park at your own pace.

Entry is free for children 2 years and younger.

Height restrictions apply for rides, as mentioned at the park entrance.

Guests under 14 are recommended to have a supervising companion (14 and above) who also meets the specific ride's height restrictions.
