Very busy Mothers Day Sunday but entry was quick, efficient both at security at City Walk and IoA entry. Everyone so friendly and helpful. Plenty of lovely staff and very chilled atmosphere despite the 95° temperatures! The only disappointment was that the Jurassic Park river adventure is under major reconstruction (my favourite ride)..oh well have to return again in 2027!

The times listed for the park were incorrect on the ticket site. We purchased tickets for Universal Studios and they had shortened hours on the day we went (Friday, April 24). Universal's website listed the accurate hours. They apparently close at 6 pm on several days that they host evening events (in this case it was an event for high school seniors). We also had to wait up to 2 hours for our tickets to be delivered by email. It was already after 11 am and we couldn't enter the park until the tickets showed up in our inbox. I called customer service and they were able to expedite the process. We received the tickets shortly afterwards and had no further issues. There was still a considerable savings by buying the tickets online versus purchasing tickets at the gate, so I would still recommend purchasing them in this manner.

Entry was smooth for Islands of Adventure. The thrill rides were great but wish there were more of them for adults. We didn't have any kids with us so we were just interested in bigger rides. Enjoyed the visit though! Things ran pretty smoothly and having the Universal app was very helpful.
