What to bring

• Wear comfortable clothes like breathable t-shirts, shorts or lightweight pants, and walking shoes or sneakers. Pro tip: Bring along a poncho in case you want to go on water rides and thank us later..

Accessibility

• Most attraction queues do not allow strollers. Each attraction will have a designated stroller parking area at its entrance.

• You can bring your trained service animals along.

• Each attraction has its own boarding requirements and accommodations for guests using mobility devices. If you're able to transfer to the ride seat—either on your own or with help from someone in your group—you’re allowed to do so.

Additional Information

• You can use your ticket on any two days within a five-day period starting from the date you select. Remember, it expires after those five days, and any unused days will not carry over.

• This ticket is non-transferable, and on both days, only the person who starts using it via biometric scanning can use it.

• Lockers are available at the parks for a fee on a first-come, first-served basis.

• All guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by someone who is at least 14 years old and meets all other requirements to ride.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
