1st January was a good choice. Not many people and short waiting times, but on the flipside the weather was rather chilly. The rocket garden was a bit floppy. The guide's microphone kept breaking up against a backdrop of lawn mower and fountain sounds. Once in the gantry 39 the countdown for the mock ignition told a time of 15 minutws that was not followed by the operator who switched it on in advance, while we were watching the Earth exhibition. We then were told to wait for 20 minutes that ended up being 35. Appart from this two issues, the rest went fine. As for the rides, the state of the art allows for more inmersive experiences if you compare it with a theme park. It is an incredible experience if you are a space fanatic. If yoy just look for something to do it will please you.

We had such an amazing time visiting the NASA Space Center. From the moment we walked in, everything felt exciting, educational, and truly inspiring. The exhibits were interactive and easy to enjoy at our own pace, and we loved learning about past missions, current projects, and future plans for space exploration. The rocket garden and Atlantis exhibit were definite highlights — standing so close to something that’s actually been in space was unbelievable. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even better by offering fun facts and answering questions. It’s the kind of place that makes both kids and adults feel curious and energized. We left with great memories and a deeper appreciation for NASA’s incredible work. We are ready to be astronauts :)

Very pleasant visit, my 7 yr old loved it. Between Christmas and New Years' Eve, we came early to be on the first bus tour and avoid the crowd especially at the Saturn V Building. That said the coold thing is that you are not tied to a specific bus which means you can stay in this building as long as you whish. Bus groups arrive in batches so when they leave it seems you can almost have the entire hall just for you. The Atlantis Building is also great. My only regret is the tour does not include a stop at the Vehicle Assembly Building. It is probably a restricted area so the bus just passes by from a distance. Have your camera ready to shoot your best photos. If you are around and space and rockets make you dream KSC is a piece of history and definitely a must see.

Although this experience was chosen by my husband, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it as well! Stopping by the information station when we first arrived was a definite advantage. The woman there set up a route for us to follow so we could get to all the time-specific events at the right time. We paid for General Admission, and felt that it included so much--even the flight simulator, which you don't want to miss! At the end of the day (and you really do need a full day), we were amazed to discover how many hard-working and visionary people were needed in every aspect of the various space projects. This is a must-see experience for all ages!

The tour was excellent. I especially liked seeing the rocket on the pad for the moon shot. It felt like a piece of history. The only reason I did not rate a 5 is the bus loading between the last stop and the front gate area. TERRIBLE! Very inefficient. Several buses lined up but they only loaded one bus at a time. Probably a thousand people in line and one bus at a time when three or four were waiting? Still, a great experience. This was my second visit and I hope I can make it again to spend a bit more time on the Apolo and Mars exibits.

The tour was so awesome, seeing things so cliose up and learning the details was so interesting. Being near the launch pad seeing history being made was one of the best experiences I have ever had . I saw the Vehicle Assembly Building from the road was one thing but when we stopped there for photos was beyond thrilling. I was speechless when I saw the Spacec Shuttle Atlantis. After the film , when the doors opened and the Shuttle was feet away from me, I got so emotional. I was in awe! Wonderful day at the Kennedy Space Center.

The most of the attractions were very well executed. However the Atlantis interactive simulators were either defective (partially working flight stick) or had a sign indicating they were completely offline. As a flight sim enthusiast I found that disappointing. Though the pamphlet was informative, I would have valued an interactive kiosk inside the main entrance with selectable videos of the major attractions with point forms outlining the target age, key interests etc. The mobile app was helpful, but difficult to navigate.

Customer service was excellent to include parking. I forgot my cellphone with ticket information. The parking lot attendant attempted to aid me in locating my phone. Customer service was able to locate my purchase online. What turned out could have spoiled my dad's 95th birthday surprise instead we were able to enjoy a wonderful experience for him on his 1st visit to the space center. We're waiting for a rocket launch to include the next experience. Thanks to your staff, we had an epic experience. No camera.
