Getting started
On the day of your visit, go directly to the entry turnstiles of Epic Universe. Scan your separate theme park admission first, then present your Universal Express Pass for the selected park or parks for validation. Once your pass is active, you can begin using the Express entrance at participating rides and attractions on the chosen date.

If you’re planning to hop on the water rides, packing a poncho is definitely worth it.

Strollers can’t be taken into most attraction queues, but stroller parking is available close to ride entrances.

Trained service animals are welcome throughout the park.

Ride accessibility and boarding requirements vary by attraction. Guests using mobility devices can transfer to ride seats on their own or with assistance from someone in their group.
