These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

What's not allowed

• The 10% meal discount cannot be redeemed at wagons, snack stands, and Stage 33™.

• Guests will not be able to substitute attractions in the event they are unable to use an attraction due to height restrictions or other usage requirements. It is recommended to confirm the requirements for each attraction before booking.

• Re-entry, except for Annual Passes, is not permitted.

• Keep in mind food & beverages, dangerous items, and wireless transmitters are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• Keep your camera tucked away – photography and videography are strictly not allowed in certain areas/times.

• Strict dress code: No nudity, overly revealing attire, offensive clothing, entertainer or crew outfits, or roller shoes allowed.

Accessibility

• The venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• Rentals are available at the Wheelchair/Stroller Rental area, located to the right after coming through the park entrance.

• Each attraction has certain physical requirements to ensure your safety. Some attractions may require a supervising guest to accompany you in case of evacuation.

• Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Additional information

• A separate Studio Pass or Annual Pass (admission ticket) is required to enter the Park.

• If guests can't experience an attraction because they're accompanying a child who doesn't meet the requirements, they can use the Child Switch service. Since this service isn't available during the tour, they'll receive a Child Switch Ticket for later use. After the tour, they can use this ticket to enjoy the attraction on their own.

• The tour will end in the SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™ area. Guests will be able to continue experiencing the area after the tour ends.

• The 10% meal discount is only valid for use on the day of the tour.

• Restaurant hours differ from Park hours and are subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions and other factors.

• Children under the age of 13 years should be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 12 years.

• If a Universal Express Pass attraction is not in operation, guests can try one of the other attractions listed on the ticket.

• The lounge is available for use from 30 minutes before the designated tour start time until the start of the tour.

• Facilities: ATM, coin lockers, and changing stations.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point.
