Tickets were delivered very quickly, easily accessible through email, had no issues using them in the park. Reminder emails were wonderful, and using the app is very easy and user friendly, I love the suggestions of attractions to see in each city I'm visiting as well.

The fastpass was a must in order to maximize time in the patk and get on more than 2-3 rides. The park entry took sometime so recommend to show up 30 minutes before official opening to avoid waiting an hour just to get into park.

We managed to complete all the rides by 6pm, thanks to the express pass we bought! The rides were so thrilling and I'm so glad we didn't miss any of those! Thanks Headsout for this wonderful and memorable experience!

I loved the park. The staff was amazing and the ride process was simple and we got on every ride we wanted to. Don't believe the fake videos online showing mass chaos. We waited less than a minute to walk in. My only negative would be that Osaka is known for great food and the food in the park was not very good. I still recommend coming as it was even better then their California location.

Unsere Erfahrung mit dem Premium 26 Express Pass war überragend!! Er war jeden Cent wert und ist die einzige Möglichkeit den Park in vollen Zügen zu genießen und komplett an einem Tag zu erkunden. Headout is a convenient platform for travelers to book attraction tickets. However, I noticed that the prices listed are significantly higher than those on the official website. While I understand that service or administrative fees may apply, the price difference seems excessive. For example, when I purchased tickets for Universal Studios Japan, only adult tickets were available on Headout, whereas the official website also offered lower-priced child tickets. Greater transparency regarding pricing and ticket options would help customers make more informed purchasing decisions.

The staff at Universal was very nice and the tickets were as expected. Unfortunately, when our time slot for the Hollywood rollercoaster came up around 6pm, the wait *with* the Express Pass was 120 minutes, and we had to skip it because it would have made us miss our train. The Flying Dragon was also out of service. We were also disapointed to learn that none of the activities in Nintendo World except the Mario Cart ride are available without an additional purchase that has to be done in the park.

This experience is accessible by wheelchairs and prams/strollers.

Wheelchairs and strollers can be rented for a small fee. However, they are subject to availability and cannot be reserved beforehand.

It will be required for wheelchair users to switch to the seats in the attraction.

It is required to get in touch with a crew member for guests with a wig, prosthetic limb, plaster cast, or a medical assistant tool.
