What's not allowed

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.

Keep your camera tucked away – photography is strictly not allowed at the venue.

Accessibility

While the venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible, certain rides require wheelchair users to change seats within the attraction.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue. However, they will have to be kept in the waiting area while you experience certain attractions.

It is required to get in touch with a crew member for guests with a wig, prosthetic limb, plaster cast, or a medical assistant tool.

Choose safety and comfort: This experience is not the best fit for people with abnormal blood pressure, cardiac issues, back, neck, hip, or spinal disorders, motion sickness, vertigo, claustrophobia, acrophobia, and pregnant women.

This experience is not suitable for people who have medical conditions that could be aggravated by loud sounds, fog, pitch-black darkness, strobes, and strong smells.

Facilities: parking (regular & handicap-friendly), restrooms (regular & wheelchair-accessible), first aid rooms, family service rooms, public phones, wheelchair/stroller rentals, and drinking fountains.

The express passes can only be booked up to 2 months in advance.

To use the "Area Timed Entry Ticket" at Universal Studios Japan, you must reserve a specific time slot either before your visit or on the day you arrive.

You can make this reservation through the Universal Studios Japan official app or directly at a kiosk located within the park.

Guests cannot select their preferred entry time for each ride.

Guests can only enter specific rides during the time shown on their Express Pass.

Large/extra-large lockers are only available outside the park at an additional cost.

This express pass is available for a limited time and is valid from 6th September to 31st October 2024.
