What's not allowed

Keep in mind sharp tools or objects, weapons, food and beverages (baby food is permitted), tripods, drones, glass bottles, and cans are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Photography is strictly not allowed at some parts of the venue like during quizzes and in construction sites.

Flash photography is not allowed inside some areas of the venue.

Re-entering Universal Studios Japan after leaving is not permitted.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Accessibility

It will be required for wheelchair users to switch to the seats in the attraction.

It is required to get in touch with a crew member for guests with a wig, prosthetic limb, plaster cast, or a medical assistant tool.

Choose safety and comfort: This experience is not the best fit for people with abnormal blood pressure, cardiac issues, back, neck, hip, or spinal disorders, motion sickness, vertigo, claustrophobia, acrophobia, and pregnant women.

This experience is not suitable for people who have medical conditions that could be aggravated by loud sounds, fog, pitch-black darkness, strobes, and strong smells.

You can make this reservation through the Universal Studios Japan official app or directly at a kiosk located within the park.

Ride themes, especially for the XR Ride, may change seasonally (e.g., Demon Slayer, SPY x FAMILY).

The pass is valid only for the date selected.

Passes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded once issued.

Please check attraction availability on the day of your visit, as maintenance or weather may affect ride operations.

Each ride has a fixed timeslot—you must arrive at the attraction during the designated time to use the Express lane.
