About the rides

Mine Cart Madness: Jump into a mine cart and speed through the dangerous tunnels of Donkey Kong Country, dodging obstacles and racing through sharp turns in a wild, jungle adventure.

Yoshi's Adventure: Enjoy a family-friendly ride on Yoshi’s back as you explore the whimsical world of Super Mario, offering a fun tour of the Mushroom Kingdom.

Despicable Me Minion Mayhem: Watch the creation of a minion in this 3D motion-simulator ride, where you’ll join Gru and his mischievous crew in a hilarious adventure inside his lab.

JAWS™: Embark on a dangerous boat ride through shark-infested waters, where you’ll face sudden, terrifying attacks from a huge great white shark lurking beneath the surface.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind sharp tools or objects, weapons, food and beverages (baby food is permitted), tripods, drones, glass bottles, and cans are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Keep your camera tucked away - photography is strictly not allowed at some parts of the venue like during quizzes and in construction sites.

Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography is a no-go inside some areas of the venue.

Re-entering Universal Studios Japan after leaving is not permitted.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Accessibility

It will be required for wheelchair users to switch to the seats in the attraction.

It is required to get in touch with a crew member for guests with a wig, prosthetic limb, plaster cast, or a medical assistant tool.

Choose safety and comfort: This experience is not the best fit for people with abnormal blood pressure, cardiac issues, back, neck, hip, or spinal disorders, motion sickness, vertigo, claustrophobia, acrophobia, and pregnant women.

This experience is not suitable for people who have medical conditions that could be aggravated by loud sounds, fog, pitch-black darkness, strobes, and strong smells.

Guests can only enter specific rides during the time shown on their Express Pass.

Entry times to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter are randomly assigned by Universal Studios Japan. Be present during the assigned time to ensure entry.

Attractions may be closed on certain days for maintenance.

Operation of attractions is subject to change without prior notice or liability.
