What to bring

• Present your e-voucher at the VIP Experience Reception for verification.

• Carry a valid non-Japanese passport for entry validation.

• Arrive 30 minutes before your selected VIP tour time slot.

What’s not allowed

• Children under 18 years must be accompanied by a guardian.

• Guests who do not meet ride safety requirements may be denied access.

• This experience is not suitable for pregnant guests or those with certain medical conditions.

Accessibility

• This experience is accessible for wheelchairs and prams/strollers.

• Wheelchair users must transfer to attraction seats before boarding rides.

• Guests using wigs, prosthetics, casts, or medical devices should speak to crew members beforehand.

Additional information

• A separate Studio Pass is required to enter Universal Studios Japan.

• The special entrance is located at Visitor Services beside the ticket booth.

• Some attractions and paid performances are not included in the VIP tour.

• Closed attractions may be replaced with other participating rides on the day.

• Lunch or dinner timing depends on your selected VIP session start time.
