Having the tickets made it easy to go right in, but I had been worried because I had scheduled an 11:15 time, but the tickets said you had to be there 15 minutes before 9:00 am. That was an impossibility so we just hoped for the best. We strolled right in so I have to assume thw times don't matter, just be forewarned. Not Headout's fault but only one of the three elevators worked in the parking lot on a weekend full of wheelchairs and strollers!

A truly unforgettable experience at Warner Bros! I loved the tour and it exceeded all my expectations: walking among iconic sets and discovering the behind-the-scenes stories of famous films and series was exciting.
