I brought my family and we had an amazing time. First time for my baby girl. She was loving all the animals, especially the jellyfish and puffins. The staff and volunteers were very nice and polite.

Having the tickets made it easy to go right in, but I had been worried because I had scheduled an 11:15 time, but the tickets said you had to be there 15 minutes before 9:00 am. That was an impossibility so we just hoped for the best. We strolled right in so I have to assume thw times don't matter, just be forewarned. Not Headout's fault but only one of the three elevators worked in the parking lot on a weekend full of wheelchairs and strollers!

To be honest, there were very few things I liked. Maybe seeing the area with the buildings with the guide was the part I enjoyed the most, but I had a hard time understanding him in English—he spoke way too fast—and no one mentioned the audio guides to me. I was also expecting to find other areas, not mostly “Friends” or other shows I didn’t watch. Too bad. I drove an hour and a half to get there.
