What to bring

• A valid ticket for your selected date.

• Valid photo ID for verification.

• Wear comfortable walking shoes and carry a light jacket/sweater.

• A fully charged phone with the Universal Studios Hollywood app to check wait times, show times, and make hotel reservations.

What's not allowed

• Outside food and beverages.

• Costumes that violate Universal’s costume policy, including costume masks.

• Sharp objects, weapons, and items resembling weapons.

• Flash photography, recording devices, flashlights, or laser pens in haunted houses.

• Line jumping, place-holding, or any disruptive behavior toward Scareactors or visitors.

Accessibility

• Wheelchair and ECV rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Service animals are permitted in most locations, with restrictions in select attractions (confirm on-site).

Additional information

• Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood will take place on select nights between September 4 and November 2, 2025.

• Halloween Horror Nights is a separately ticketed event, valid only on the selected date.

• You can get General Admission access to the Park at 2pm only with the Early Access ticket upgrade.

• The event takes place rain or shine, with no refunds, rain checks, or returns.

• The event may be too intense for children under 13; parental discretion advised.

• Parking is not included with your ticket.

• Dates, times, attractions, and experiences are subject to availability and change without notice.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
