Everything went smoothly. We just had to wait until the scheduled time. We didn't have to wait long. The museum has some wonderful paintings and sculptures by great artists. It's a very large museum, so you need to set aside plenty of time for it.

The tickets were on time. We arrived at the venue about 15 minutes in advance according to the instructions and stood in line. They let us into the gallery on time. The gallery itself is amazing

No hassle getting into Ufizzi with pre booked ticket. At galleria academia we went into the Florence tours shop and he managed to get us in 15 mins earlier as priority. Audio guides were good.

We found the statue of Leonardo da Vinci right away, and they gave us our tickets. We still had to wait in line for 20 minutes because of the security checkpoints at the entrance.

Having an advance ticket was essential to avoiding a long line; amazing crowd control, very professional from entry into gallery building into galleries; audio guide was an asset; seeing The Birth of Venus was so moving I cried. I have that as a tattoo and it was done by a tattoo artist in San Francisco, a good friend of mine., that won a 3 year scholarship to study classical painting in Firenze. I plan to go back again, so much to experience.

The indicated entrance no. 3 to the Uffizi Gallery did not exist. There are only entrances 1 and 2. The overview in the audio guide does not correspond to the room names in the Uffizi Gallery. This makes it difficult to find your way around. Nevertheless, the visit was worthwhile. The information in the audio guide was very good. The exhibition is unique and the waiting time in the queue was reasonable.

Very difficult to find the entrance and when we did , the queue was enormous. Had to wait over 1 hour to gain entrance and two people in front of us gave up and left. The gallery was ridiculously overcrowded and the tribune room had another enormous queue , so we didn't bother queuing. If we had known how crowded it was , we wouldn't have booked.

Easy admission; the line is manageable. The sheer number of exhibits at the Uffizi is overwhelming. It’s incredible what they’ve managed to collect there. It’s worth seeing, but personally, I prefer the Louvre.
