We were at the meeting point just ahead of time and were taken to the end of one of the lines near the entrance. At first, we thought this was a bit disappointing as we still had to queue but we were pleasantly surprised as the wait was less than 5 minutes and we were straight into the Accademia. We had mainly gone to see the David statue so asked the very helpful staff members for directions. Once there we were totally taken aback by the beauty of this artwork. I cried. It was an uplifting and amazing experience and more than we expected. Thank you Headout for a wonderful experience.

Loved: pickup of ticket was easy. Lineup for reserved time entry was reasonably well signed and we got into the Gallery at the reserved time. This saved us a lot of time. Didn't Love: we paid for 'Reserved Entry with Host' tickets, but there was no Host. We were just told to take our tickets and get in the line corresponding to our time of entry. I wouldn't spending extra money on the 'with Host' ticket because you get nothing for the extra amount you pay over the price of a ' Reserved Entry' ticket.

Until you actually see 'David' you cannot appreciate how impressive and inspiring the work really is. There is so much more to see at the Accademia Gallery and our experience was excellent with the Reserved Ticket Entry via Headout. The staff assisted to ensure we were given priority access to the Gallery, making for a great start to a wonderful experience. If you only do one Gallery/Museum in Florence, make sure yo visit Accademia Gallery.

We booked the second entry of the day and couldn't believe how hugely long the line for buying tickets was already at that time of the morning! We were so grateful when we meet our entry guide close by and he handed us tickets, then took us to skip the que! We got in in less than 5 minuites! This made our time in the Accademia Gallery so much more of an enjoyable experience and the Gallery is incredible! We left in awe. There is the statue of David, which took our breath away, and seeing once in person spoke louder than the 1000 times we had seen pictures! And then there was so much more we didnt expect. Scupltures and paintings, beauty and skill, history and culture, admiration and inspiration. A must visit if you are in Florence, and an absoltuley memorable way to enjoy a few hours ( or more!)

This experience was seamless and easy to navigate. The guide walked us right to the gallery and directed us to the appropriate line, which moved quickly. The gallery itself was wonderful - obviously The David is a must see if you are in Florence, but there are many other religious artifacts, as well (pieces of frescoes from churches, and paintings galore). The gallery of plaster casts of statues was amazing. Highly recommend.

Shopping with you made it easier for me to get in as it was very crowded considering it is one of the most important historical museums.
