Absolutely incredible experience hiking Mount Batur with Headout! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised and stress-free. The pickup was right on time, and our guide was not only knowledgeable but also super friendly and encouraging throughout the climb. The hike itself was challenging but completely worth it — reaching the summit just in time for sunrise was honestly one of the most breathtaking moments I’ve ever experienced. The views were unreal, and having a warm breakfast cooked with volcanic steam at the top was such a unique touch! I really appreciated how safe and supported I felt the entire time, especially in the darker early morning hours. The guide made sure everyone stayed together and set a comfortable pace for the group. If you’re thinking about doing the Mount Batur sunrise hike, I couldn’t recommend Headout more. It was seamless, memorable, and easily one of the highlights of my trip!

Amazing experience though the fog on the top hid the sunrise. Private transfer and driver was excellent and allowed me to get an extra hour of sleep before the hike. The guide on the mountain was amazing and together with group made it an unforgettable experience.

Myself and my partner had a fantastic trip to Mount Batur with our very friendly drivers Wi and Bayu. From start to finish they were accommodating, welcoming and very knowledgeable. We chose to get a jeep ride instead of hiking, so much easier! We love our pictures and think Wi should take up a job as a photographer! Thank you guys so much, would definitely recommend if you’re planning on visiting Mount Batur.

Very different Zoo can see all the animals up close & can feed them carrots & Lions & tigers are right next to us while we are in a big cage the ride was a bit bumpy & driver drove too fast , the food was very good & the fire show was also very good & nice gift shop also .

We were first up and enjoyed it all! It was a magical and exciting night ride. The staff, tram, and animals contributed to a truly memorable experience. The food was okay, but outside of that I'd give it a 10/10! Worth every penny.

What a fabulous day we had at the Safari. It was amazing and great fun. There is so much to see and do and the 'park' is beautiful. We did the safari but not the marine park or the water park. Just not enough time in our visit. The safari tour bus was brilliant, so many animals and the guide was very informative and with good humour. We all laughed all the way round. The only presentation we saw was for the tigers which was fab. There are other presentation shows but we did not get our timings right. We chose the ticket without the meal as we wanted to go to the lion restaurant. The restaurant is great. Ther service and food was second to none and we saw the lions in the park from our table. Oh! and a lion could be seen from the toilets ha ha. That was great to see, so up close. The whole day was enjoyable. Great value for money and do interesting.
