We took the bus tour as a way of visiting London with friends visiting from Slovakia We liked the choice of routes but were disappointed that the bus did not go close to Buckingham palace . We especially likedthe river cruise with its commentary . It was a very busy day with very heavy traffic at times which made progress along the routes.very slow. Overall it was a good way to see the main sites of London but due to the time we had to get off the bus at paddington so could not complete the blue route.

As the Tower and Tower Bridge are close together, a morning and afternoon combination of the two sights is a good idea. We had planned 2 hours for the Tower with two children (aged 7 and 10), which was adequate. We spent the whole afternoon at the Tower. Especially in Tower Bridge, the tour through the museum and the engine room is very entertaining for the children with an accompanying activity.

We had a fantastic time with the Tootbus hop-on hop-off and Thames cruise combo! The boat ride was absolutely stunning — a true highlight of our London trip, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The tour of these historic sites was very interesting. However, it was the Tower Bridge tour that was the most interesting and best organized. There was even a little booklet for the children to keep them interested during the tour. What's more, the staff were very friendly and available to answer our questions.
