Visiting the Tower of London with my family was one of the highlights of our visit to London and something to be enjoyed by every age. We visited with my parents who are in their seventies as well as our youngest child. All equally enjoyed the experience, relaxed atmosphere and even though it was a very busy time in the Easter holidays, didn't feel crowded and we only had a few queue that went quickly. An amazing experience for everyone!

I went with my wife and two kids at 6:00 p.m. to watch the London sunset from a bird's-eye view. The light gradually shifted from fading daylight to the city's night lights. A magnificent abbey with nearly a thousand years of history. A jewel of London. Unfortunately, the groups for the guided tours are too large; I could only catch half of what was being said. So I had to buy an audio guide as well and ended up missing out on the entertaining commentary. Be sure to allow plenty of time—there’s a lot to see.
