I wasn't sure if this was going to be a worthwhile trip but my family and I found the tower of London to be a fascinating place. There's obviously the crown jewels to see but there is so much more besides. Each different building is unique and worth going in for a look. The audio guide is worth getting, if only so you know what you're looking at

One Ticket to The Shard, A Lifetime of Memories When my sister, brother-in-law, and niece came from the US, we wanted to do something special together before my niece starts college and gets busy with a whole new chapter of life. So, my wife, our six-year-old daughter, and I booked tickets to The Shard through Headout. We thought we were just going to see London from above. We didn't realise we were about to create one of our favourite family memories. The moment we reached the top, our daughter was convinced she could see the whole world from there! My niece was busy taking pictures from every angle, my brother-in-law kept saying, "Wow!" every few minutes, and my sister and wife couldn't stop smiling at the breathtaking views. But the funniest and most unexpected highlight? The washroom! Only at The Shard can you be on the 69th floor and find yourself staring at the sky through a huge transparent glass wall while washing your hands. We all ended up talking about the bathroom almost as much as the view itself! Who knew a washroom could become a tourist attraction? As the sun set and London's lights started sparkling below us, we took a family photo together. Looking at that picture now, I don't just see London's skyline. I see my daughter's excitement, my niece's laughter before college life begins, and the joy of having family from two countries together under one roof—or rather, above almost every roof in London. Thanks to Headout, our trip to The Shard wasn't just sightseeing. It was laughter, surprises, and one unforgettable day where even the bathroom had a view worth talking about!

I enjoyed my visit very much, very memorable experience. Thank you very much for the help from Staff with my luggages. :) But 1 thing caused me a really big disappointment: We were not allowed to see the open, top level with the panorama view and the "glass floor"! Which was the most waited and expected thing for me! :( The maintenance should not be in the most busiest summer period! And I would have appreciated if it was communicated to us, before the visit! Not just causing disappointment on the scean! I can not come back any time, I live 300km away, in Leeds! I just managed to get away from work and come down to London for a few days! :( so if there are any changes, or something like this, please let us know in time! Thank you very Much! :)

Quick and easy to get to the top, no queues. Went in at 10.15am on a Sunday. Friendly staff. Comparing it to other towers/tall buildings etc. that I have been to around the world, there could have been more commentary and facts in the lift. There was a tour guide that announced himself at around 11.20 but we'd already looked up the questions we had on our phone. Everything was very smooth and clean.

The first thing that really impressed us was how quickly we were able to get in, despite the large crowd. The entire setting is very charming and well-maintained. The jewelry is wonderful. It takes at least two hours to explore the place at a leisurely pace. In the garden, we also saw crows and police officers. I recommend a visit to everyone. A wonderful experience.
