It was such an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well organised. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and clearly explained everything, including how to access the lifts. Once we reached the top, the views were absolutely breathtaking and made the whole visit unforgettable. My twins enjoyed it so much that they even filmed a vlog about their day! The views are fantastic and the glass floor takes quite a bit of courage to walk on (that's just my opinion as i'm scared of heights lol) lots of very interesting information about how the Bridge was made and the people involved, including the engine room. We spent just over an hour there and enjoyed every minute.LLauren V

You can o my change your ticket 24 hours prior which i think isn't very flexible specially when it's such a tourist attraction and things can change on the day.
