We didn't visit the 5th Station, but we did have a mini matcha course.
At first we had problems with the meeting point - we didn't know whether we should wait inside the building or outside. But then we were collected outside. Our team leader Martin was super nice :)

Laila, our guide, clearly wanted to make our trip to Mount Fuji something to remember. She was very well organised and communicative. When I felt car sick, she asked the driver and arranged for me to sit in the front.
But from the description of the tour we expected to get some information about the area, as it was sold as a "guided tour", but we did not get that unfortunately. We were let out of the bus at the designated stops to explore for ourselves.
Despite this, we had a really nice experience. The time to explore at the stops could have been a bit longer (maybe 1 hr 15 minutes instead of 1 hour), but we appreciated that we went back relatively early and got back in time.

Host was doing his best to give a good experience. Genuinely cared about how good the trip was. Could not have been more helpful or interested in your experience as a tourist. Brewski, really good guy. Appreciated the effort that he put in. It really made a difference
