The tour was systematically planned. Completely hassle free. The tour guides have good knowledge. The tour lasted for end to end 7 hours. We were picked up from Krakow at around 12.40pm and dropped back at 7.40pm. We were also given enough breaks in between the tour. But note that it is quite a walk at Birkenau, so please good walking shoes as it can be exhausting

Everything, from start to finish it was a really good, educational experience. The tour guides (especially Suzanna (not sure on spelling) was exceptional! Everything was clear, loads of interesting information and was really helpful. I couldn't of asked for a more polite, educating and helpful person.

The transfer from the hotel was simple and well organized. The tour guide used was very fluent in English and encouraged as well as answered all questions

The organization of this tour through Ausschwitz and Birkenau was fabulous. The meeting point was well chosen and we were well prepared for the entrance and the corresponding controls. Our guide Darija gave us a very good and detailed tour of the camp. The impressions of today will be unforgettable. A guided tour is highly recommended.

Really good organisation by Royal Tours. We had driven so tour pickup was at the car park then transported by bus to Auschwitz. Do remember your passport or photo id. Without this you cannot enter Auschwitz. Our guide was superb- very knowledgeable and the head sets worked well throughout the tour. Bus back to Birkenau and continued the tour around the camp. Humbling and sad...

Tour Guide Phillip was awesome, so knowledgeable. Gave great information and not too much. Never was bored. Highly recommend the tour .
