Berlin is Berlin. If you don't get one, you get the other. If the weather is bad, you don't have to queue at the tower. You might not be able to fully enjoy the view, but you'll be visually compensated by architecture and technology in a nostalgic guise. I love it because it used to be like that and that was a long time ago ;-) But let's stick to it: we didn't have a good view on this day, but after the descent we had brilliant views thanks to the light show. What an event. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

The very friendly and helpful staff in the entrance area / ticket office were particularly commendable. We had a great view and our grandson was happy

The uncomplicated handling right up to the entrance to the restaurant. And the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Last year I was rudely reprimanded by a very elderly member of staff. Very courteous staff in the restaurant who take great care of their guests. Thank you for that! I know far different times up there! Food, drinks great, a little spicy, but otherwise good. It was an amazing experience, celebrated my 40th birthday in TV tower and sphere restaurant !! Today 12 September!!Customer service is a 5 star in the restaurant!! the fastest elevator both ascending and descending .. the view is ecstatic !! It's a lifetime experience that will never be forgotten!! I feel free!! in love !! and extremely fortunate!! Added to our collection of amazing memories ..

Overall, I really liked the Citycard. I found it particularly practical that the use of public transport is already included without any complications - this makes getting around the city really stress-free. The discounts at various attractions are also a plus point, as you save quite a bit. One suggestion for improvement would be to make the map even more digital: Instead of just getting a PDF with the info, an interactive online overview or app would be great, where you can see directly which services are included. I would also find a function where you can tick off what you have already visited or used particularly helpful - that way you would always have a good overview of your stay.

Riding the subway was therefore completely uncomplicated. It's a pity that not all companies take part, e g New Museum. Unfortunately they have their own system.

The digital audio guide and we have learned so much. We are several experiences richer. It was a lot of fun.

Walking through such an amazing city with a friendly and knowledgeable guide (Jimmy) is a great way to get to know parts of the city that are significant to 20th Century history. Walking pace creates opportunities for conversation and moments of reflection. It's the perfect way to get to know such an interesting city. Our guide, Jimmy, was excellent! You can tell he really loves Berlin and has immersed himself in the stories and history of this incredible city. Highly recommend the walking tour.
