Important Information

  • The tour is not considered private but it is shared with other guests not belonging to the same party; each gondola can host maximum 6 people.
  • The seat aboard cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier depending on guest’s weight.
  • For your Doge's Palace tour, collect your guidebooks from the Bookshop Music Museum, in Campo San Maurizio at the Church of St. Maurizio. From Bookshop Music Museum to Doges Palaces is about 7 minutes walking distance. The Bookshop is open daily from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Staff of the bookshop speak English only).
  • A handy guidebook (one for each couple) with details of Doge's Palace, Basilica, Saint Mark's Square and suggestions for 7 itineraries to visit Venice.

Timings

This gondola tour departs daily at 11:00 AM and 4.00 PM (please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure).

Doge's Palace Opening Hours

1st April to 31st October: 8.30AM to 7:00 PM (last admission 6:00 PM).

1st November to 31st March: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (last admission 4:30 PM).

Guide Languages

The guidebook is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese and Russian.

Reduced Price Tickets

Child tickets (children between 3-5 years of age) are available at a reduced price of 30 Euros. Children over the age of 6 pay full price.

Getting There

Make sure you assemble Ground floor colonnade in front of Correr's Museum and post office (POSTE ITALIANE) in Saint Mark's Square, 15 minutes before departure.

By Ferry: Board line B and get off at the S.Marco station. Walk onto Piazza San Marco/Salita S. Moise. Turn left onto Calle Larga Ascensione and on your left, you will see the Museum Correr.

Our host will wait for you at the entrance with the sign GONDOLA TOUR.
