Strict Cancellation Policy
This pass cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.
It would have been a 10 but I had some issues with the booked tour time not being available. Unfortunately I didn’t find this out until the morning of the tour, which meant I had to change all of my plans around. Also when bookings made I was promised th tickets would be sent via email within minutes but this did not happen & I had to email you which caused further delays.
