Our tickets were scheduled for 10:30, but we arrived at 9:50. Due to the very crowded situation at the tour agency, the ticket handover and formalities were only finished around 10:05. As a result, we missed the media film and, by the time we got there, there were no seats available. The escort service itself was fine – the guide (a lady) gathered us together and led the group to the entrance of the Roman Forum. From that point, we were free to explore on our own. Our Colosseum entry time was set for 13:15, so we went there independently later. Overall, the experience was okay, but everything was extremely crowded and busy everywhere.

I was very surprised that the guide only spent 5 minutes with us, taking us to the entrance of the Forum. What was I paying for and why did I pay extra money for a rubbish service???? I'll NEVER use Headout again. RUBBISH SERVICE!!!!

The tour involves a fair amount of walking, hills, and stairs; as such we recommend wearing comfortable attire and suitable walking shoes.

Due to its nature, the tour is not wheelchair accessible. We recommend the tour for kids aged 4+.

Bags and backpacks are not allowed in the Colosseum and the Forum Romanum due to a lack of a cloakroom.
