It was great not to have to wait in line to buy a ticket. I just don't understand why they don't give out the children's tickets straight away.

Also in both cases it said a time in the digital reservation and when I picked up the tickets it was later which made me arrive with more time in advance and they did not let me in and I had to wait because the time did not correspond.

The experience was fantastic looking round Palatine Hill. There was alot of space. However we felt the collaseum was very crowded and we had to queue for a while. We found it difficult to find the office to collect the tickets and it wasnt very clear on the emails we got. We would have prefered to have an online ticket so we didnt have to find the office

We did not expect that we could enter the Colosseum only at 11:30h while the start time was 9:00h. Because we had booked another activity at 12:00h, we could not use the ticket. For our part, it would be helpful to publish the schedule so that you can take it into account. We would not have planned two activities in a row.

Finally, make your way to the Palatine Hill and bypass the long ticketing line. Enjoy one of the city’s best vantage points and discover the hill where Rome was originally founded. Once considered the most desirable neighborhood in Rome, Palatine Hill lives on as an extensive archaeological site. All members of your party must carry valid ID to present at the time of entry if requested. Should you fail to do so, venue authorities may deny you entry and such instances are not liable for reschedules or refunds.
Make sure you visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill on the same day as your Colosseum visit as the tickets are valid for one day only.
Please note the chosen time must be respected and latecomers would not be accommodated.
The tour involves a fair amount of walking, hills, and stairs; as such we recommend wearing comfortable attire and suitable walking shoes.
Due to its nature, the tour is not wheelchair accessible. We recommend the tour for kids aged 4+.
Bags and backpacks are not allowed in the Colosseum and the Forum Romanum due to a lack of a cloakroom.
