Golden Circle Tour with Admission to Secret Lagoon
Enjoy a chance to plunge into the steaming waters of the Secret Lagoon as well as a comprehensive bus tour of the Golden Circle. Visit some of Iceland's most celebrated natural attractions, like the Geysir Hot Springs, Gullfoss Waterfall and Thingvellir National Park!
- Relax and unwind as you bathe in the famous hot springs in Fluðir, the Secret Lagoon.
- Visit Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and witness the striking landscape of this region.
- Enjoy commentary from your professional guide, as you take a bus journey around the Golden Circle.
Your tour will begin with a visit to the Secret Lagoon. The Secret Lagoon natural pool is one of the many hot springs in the region. Unlike other popular lagoons in the country such as the Fontana Spa and the Blue Lagoon, the Secret Lagoon has not been expanded or altered in any way, resulting in a very natural and raw experience. Entry into the water is included in your tickets, and you will be provided a towel on exiting the pool. The water is at a soothing 40 degrees Celsius and is the perfect temperature to enjoy a relaxing bath. Your body, mind, and soul will get their much-needed break, as the warm water will alleviate all physical and mental stress. It is the perfect beginning to your tour.
The Western region of Iceland is well-known for its geothermal activity. After your visit to the Secret Lagoon, you will be taken to Geysir Hot Springs. Though Geysir itself is a dormant geyser, Strokkur, one of the most famous geysers in the country, can be seen erupting with hot water up to a height of nearly 40 meters. With a visitor center present nearby, it is the perfect spot to enjoy some lunch. Next up on the itinerary is Gullfoss Waterfall. It presents a spectacular optical illusion, seeming as if it is a lake, ending abruptly. On closer inspection, you will see a long crevice exists perpendicular to the flow of the river, and the spray of water as it crashes into the canyon floor below is magical to witness.
The Thingvellir National Park is the last stop on the itinerary. Being located on the meeting point of the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates, volcanic activity is quite common in this region and has led to the formation of some of the most eye-catching natural attractions in the world, like the rift valley on the shore of the largest lake in Iceland, located within the park itself. At the end of your ten-hour tour, you will have had the complete Icelandic experience.

The last time, I didn't want to go to the secret lagoon because I was travelling with my kids, but this time I went for it and MAN was it an experience of a lifetime.
The Thingvellir national park is probably one of the best national parks I've visited thusfar
If you have experienced Blue Lagoon before, secret lagoon is so much better because it hasn't been tampered with. It's raw and pure
