There is one negative point because my ticket was stolen when I first used it and a woman who speaks Italian received four different pieces of information from four different employees. 1st answer: Yes, you should go to the sales point at Rialto Bridge. 2nd piece of information there: You would first have to report it to the police. 3. Information at the train station: I can only get a ticket for one day as a temporary measure. 4. Information at Fondamenta Nove: I need a new ticket because the 7-day ticket is not personalized. This was probably the correct information because, unlike the Venice Card, the ticket is not personalized—but it would be worth considering for a 7-day ticket. Thank you.

The purchasing process went smoothly, as did the ticket issuance at the ticket machines in front of the Venice station. The only issue is that I bought two tickets, but the machine printed only one, which said "2 USER" (incidentally, both tickets had the same code). The conductor told me I needed two tickets, and when I pointed out the above, he said I would be in violation of the rules. So even if the tickets have the same code, please print two separate tickets instead of one labeled “2 USER.”

All I can say is: GOOD AND AFFORDABLE. Everything went smoothly, from buying the ticket online to traveling by bus and vaporetto. The service is excellent. The vaporettos and buses run on time. We really enjoyed the vaporetto trips... you can hop on and off wherever you want. The stations are well marked, so you can't get lost. We'll be back. Thank you very much.

To have a whole day (or more) pass for vaporetto in Venice is a must. The service is quick, reliable, frequent – and fun. You need a paper ticket though, even when you purchase th epass online – but this can be collected from a vending machine just outside of the railway station. Which, on the other hand, doesn't seem to sell the cheaper student's passes which we could obtain through the app :D.

The one-week vaporetto ticket was well worth it for us. We stayed on the Lido and used the water bus several times a day, including for trips to other islands. The water buses are punctual, the stops are announced, and everything is very well organized. I would recommend it to anyone traveling in and around Venice.

The purchase was easy, but there were some difficulties with the ticket dispenser. These were resolved via the hotline and then with the help of a friendly employee at the counter. After that, everything went smoothly and we were able to make full use of our 72-hour tickets.

Fantastic and relatively cheap way to get around Venice especially as we were there for a week. Boats are frequent and through different routes you get get anywhere including the other islands. Great way to see and experience the City but can get busy at times and on the Grand Canal.

Excellent service. There were two of us, and we bought 24-hour tickets that we used quite a bit. Venice is beautiful when viewed from the vaporetto, and a ticket like this lets you get on and off wherever you want. The staff was friendly. There are plenty of stops. We highly recommend it!

We had a 3 days pass, we used vapporetto to reach all the atractions, was easy especially having a toddler buggy. Was cost effective too. We highly recommend the pass over buying tickets, it is stress free .
