We had a wonderful experience on this tour. The guide spoke very clear, easy-to-understand English and her voice was always audible, even in crowded areas. She was extremely knowledgeable about Venetian history and shared many interesting stories and details that we would never have learned on our own. What made the tour especially enjoyable was how engaging she was. She asked questions throughout the tour, which made it interactive and fun rather than just listening to a lecture. Her passion and pride for Venetian history really came through and made the experience much more meaningful. Overall, this was an informative, well-organized, and enjoyable tour. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly understand the history and culture of Venice.

The tour was very interesting and the group wasn't too big, so we enjoyed it more and were able to interact and ask our guide questions more easily. MARINA, our guide, had historical and artistic knowledge and interesting facts that made the tour enjoyable for all kinds of people. The only criticism was due to the changes in information that were sent by email, changing times and meeting points. We were a group of friends who received changes between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. and next to the Clock Tower or the entrance to the ducal palace. We could have missed the tour for that reason. The direct information from the guide via WhatsApp solved the problem.

We took a guided tour of St. Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace. It's best to have a good guide explain these kinds of visits so you can learn about the origin, history, and meaning of everything you see. As for the Bridge of Sighs, it's not a big deal. You walk across it inside, and there's nothing special about it except for the origin of its name.

The guide Alessia spoke very clear English and what she told us was very interesting. It was easy to find the group at the beginning and we were informed in time of all the necessary changes. The basilica is unique and beautiful... you have to see it! The cathedral too... It contains many masterpieces by famous Venetian artists...

This was an interesting and informative tour and it was nice to have a glass-blowing demonstration at the end, which I hadn't realised was part of the tour. Our guide, Grazia, was knowledgeable and friendly and I learnt a lot about the history of Venice, St Mark's and the Doge Palace.

Our tour guide Francesca was beyond incredible. Often, the tour guide can make or break the experience. Though both St. Mark's basilica and the Doge's palace were awe inspiring in their own right and were absolutely stunning, Francesca was so knowledgeable about both and her personable attitude and undeniable love for Venice and the subjects of the tour invited us in on her passion. It was a wonderful, once in a lifetime experience that I'm so glad we got to have!

Both venues are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible, although the Secret Itineraries tour at the Doge's Palace is not suitable for wheelchair users

A ramp is available at the Porta del Fiori (Door of Flowers) entrance on the left-hand side of the basilica.
